Utah Admin. Code R315-261-190 - Tank Systems - Applicability
(a) The
requirements of Sections R315-261-190 through 200 apply to tank systems for
storing or treating hazardous secondary material excluded under the
remanufacturing exclusion at Subsection
R315-261-4(a)(27).
(b) Tank systems, including sumps, as defined
in Section
R315-260-10, that
serve as part of a secondary containment system to collect or contain releases
of hazardous secondary materials are exempted from the requirements in
Subsection
R315-261-193(a).
