(1) This rule is
authorized by Subsections
26-1-30(5), (6),
(7), (8), (9),
53E-9-308(6)(b),
26-5-3,
26-5-4,
and
26-7-4.
(2) This rule establishes reporting
requirements for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and intellectual disability and
related screening and test results in individuals.
