Utah Admin. Code R398-2-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) Authority for
this rule is found in Section
26B-1-202 and the rule is enacted
in accordance with Section
26B-4-319.
(2) The purpose of this rule is to facilitate
early detection, prompt referral, and early intervention of infants who are
deaf or hard of hearing.
