Utah Admin. Code R402-1-2 - Definitions
(1) "Department" means the Utah Department of
Health and Human Services, Baby Watch Early Intervention Program.
(2) "Early Intervention (EI) Program" means a
local EI program with whom the department contracts to provide Part C
services.
