Utah Admin. Code R414-1-16 - Confidentiality

Title 63 G, Chapter 2, Government Records Access and Management Act and Section 26-1-17.5 impose legal sanctions and provide safeguards that restrict the use or disclosure of information concerning an applicant, a member, and a recipient to purposes directly connected with the administration of the plan.

All other requirements of 42 CFR Part 431, Subpart F are met.
