Utah Admin. Code R414-12-1 - Purpose and Authority
(1) Laboratory
services provide a scope of services to meet the basic medical needs of
eligible Medicaid members.
(2)
Laboratory services are a mandatory Medicaid service authorized by Title XIX of
the Social Security Act.

26B-3-108 authorize this
rule.
