Utah Admin. Code R414-301-1 - Authority and Purpose

This rule is established under the authority of Section
26-18-3.
(2) The purpose of this rule is to establish
general provisions governing eligibility for medical assistance programs and
the requirement to exchange information with the Federally Facilitated
Marketplace (FFM) to facilitate enrollment in health insurance and eligibility
determinations for advance premium tax credits.
