Utah Admin. Code R414-302-11 - Financial Responsibility
(1) The
department implements 42 CFR
435.602(a), on the financial
responsibility of family members.
(2) The department shall apply the
requirements of 42 CFR
435.603 for individuals eligible for coverage
groups subject to the MAGI methodology.
