Utah Admin. Code R414-302-4 - Utah Residence
(1) The department
implements 42 CFR
435.403 and Subsection 1902(b) of the
Compilation of the Social Security Laws.
(2) The department considers an individual
who establishes state residency to be a resident of the state during periods of
temporary absence if the individual intends to return to the state when the
purpose for the temporary absence ends.
