Utah Admin. Code R414-308-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) This rule is
authorized by Section
26-18-3.
(2) The purpose of this rule is to establish
requirements for medical assistance applications, eligibility decisions and
reviews, eligibility period, verifications, change reporting, notification and
improper medical assistance for Medicaid and Medicare cost sharing
programs.
