Utah Admin. Code R414-310-7 - Household Composition and Income Provisions
(1) The eligibility agency determines
household composition and countable household income according to the
provisions in
R414-304-5.
(2) For an individual to be eligible to
enroll in PCN, countable MAGI-based income for the individual must be equal to
or less than 95% of the federal poverty guideline for the applicable household
size.
