Utah Admin. Code R414-320-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) This rule is
authorized by Sections
26-1-5 and
26-18-3
and allowed under Section 1115(a) of the Social Security Act.
(2) This rule establishes the eligibility
requirements for enrollment and the benefits enrollees receive under the Health
Insurance Flexibility and Accountability Demonstration Waiver (HIFA), which is
Utah's Premium Partnership for Health Insurance (UPP).
