Utah Admin. Code R414-320-10 - Application and Signature
(1) The
provisions of Section
R414-308-3
apply to applicants of the UPP program, except for paragraph (9), (10) and the
three months of retroactive coverage.
(2) The eligibility agency shall reinstate an
UPP case without requiring a new application if the case closes in
error.
(3) An applicant may
withdraw an application any time before the eligibility agency completes an
eligibility decision on the application.
