Utah Admin. Code R414-515-1 - Purpose and Authority
(1) This rule
defines the scope of inpatient long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital services
available to Medicaid members to treat disorders other than mental
disease.
(2) This rule is
authorized by Subsection 1886(d)(1)(B) of the Social Security Act and Sections
26B-1-213,
26B-3-102,
26B-3-104, and
26B-3-108.
