Utah Admin. Code R414-524-1 - Introduction and Authority
(1) This rule
enacts supplemental payments to eligible providers as authorized under the
American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), Pub. L. No. 117 2, Sec.
9817.
(2) This rule is authorized
under Attachment 4.19-B of the Utah Medicaid State Plan, Utah's approved home
and community-based services (HCBS) waiver implementation plans, and by
Sections
26-1-5 and
26-18-3.
