Utah Admin. Code R414-60-9 - New Drug Products
A new drug product, including a new size or strength of an existing approved product, may be reviewed by the DUR Board to determine whether the drug should be subject to restrictions or limitations. New drugs may be withheld from coverage for no more than 12 weeks while restrictions or limitations are being evaluated.
