Utah Admin. Code R428-12-2 - Purpose
This rule establishes the process for collecting necessary enrollee satisfaction data from Utah health plan carriers (carriers) to:
(1) promote informed consumer choice in plan
selection; and
(2) measure the
quality of care provided to carrier enrollees.
