Utah Admin. Code R428-13-2 - Purpose
This rule establishes the process for collecting necessary Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) measures from carriers to:
(1) promote informed
consumer choice in plan selection; and
(2) measure the quality of care provided to
carrier enrollees.
