Utah Admin. Code R428-2-1 - Authority and Purpose

(1) Title 26B, Chapter 8, Part 5, Utah Health Data Authority authorizes this rule.
(2) This rule establishes definitions, requirements, and general guidelines relating to the collection, control, use, and release of data pursuant to Title 26B, Chapter 8, Part 5, Utah Health Data Authority.
