Utah Admin. Code R429-1-9 - Reporting
(1) The Department will report at least one
time per year in March all events occurring in the state the previous
year.
(2) This report and
information contained therein will be de-identified and publicly
available.
(3) Internal reports may
be generated for quality improvement initiatives and shared with members of the
advisory panel.
