(1) The definitions in Section
R432-1-3, General Health Care
Facility Rules additionally apply.
(2) "Cancer Specialty Hospital" means a
specialty hospital that provides evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of
individuals with a primary diagnosis of neoplasm.
(3) "Neoplasm" means a new and abnormal
growth of tissue in some part of the body.
(4) "Specialty Hospital" is defined in
Section R432-101-4.
