Utah Admin. Code R432-12-2 - Purpose
This rule defines construction standards for small health care facilities that are categorized as Level I, Level II, Level III, or Level IV as defined in Section R432-200-4 and according to the resident's ability or capability to exit a building unassisted in an emergency.
