Utah Admin. Code R432-150-16 - Laboratory Services

(1) The licensee shall provide laboratory services in accordance with the size and needs of the facility.
(2) The licensee shall comply with and maintain the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) inspection reports for OL review.
