Utah Admin. Code R432-152-24 - Pets in Long-Term Care Facilities
(1)
Each licensee shall develop a written policy regarding pets in accordance with
this rule and local ordinances.
(2)
The licensee shall adhere to the requirements of Section
R432-150-20.
