Utah Admin. Code R432-16-12 - Waste Storage and Disposal
The licensee shall provide facilities and equipment for the sanitary storage and treatment or disposal of all categories of waste, including hazardous and infectious wastes if applicable, using techniques required by the Utah Department of Environmental Quality, and the local health department having jurisdiction.
