Utah Admin. Code R432-200-26 - Laboratory and Radiology Services
(1)
The licensee shall provide laboratory and radiology services.
(2) The licensee shall ensure that laboratory
and radiology services are compliant with the Laboratory Service and Ancillary
Health Services Sections of Rule R432-150.
