Utah Admin. Code R432-200-32 - General Maintenance
(1) The licensee
shall ensure that maintenance policies and procedures are developed,
implemented, and annually reviewed.
(2) The licensee shall ensure that the
general maintenance of the facility is compliant with the Maintenance Services
Section of Rule R432-150.
