Utah Admin. Code R432-32-1 - Purpose and Authority
(1) The purpose
of this rule is to establish the exemption from licensure requirements for
non-profit facilities that provide volunteer end-of-life care.
(2) This rule is adopted pursuant to
Subsection
26-21-6(2)(c).
