Utah Admin. Code R432-6-101 - Occupancy Type
(1) Large assisted
living facilities shall comply with I-1, International Building Code,
requirements.
(2) Small assisted
living facilities shall comply with R-4, International Building Code,
requirements.
(3) Limited capacity
assisted living facilities shall comply with R-3, International Building Code,
requirements.
