Utah Admin. Code R432-6-11 - Construction Without Plans Approval
(1)
If construction is commenced without prior Department plans approval, the
Department may issue a license and authorize resident utilization only after it
has approved as-built drawings and has conducted a construction
inspection.
(2) The licensee shall
correct all non-compliant items and pay the full plans review fee and
inspection fee.
