Utah Admin. Code R432-600-27 - Oxygen
If oxygen is utilized:
(1) Provision shall be made for safe handling
and storage of oxygen according to the NFPA 101, Life Safety Code and
referenced NFPA standards.
(2)
Piped oxygen systems shall be tested and installed in accordance with NFPA
99.
(3) A written report shall be
filed with the Utah Department of Health as follows:
(a) Upon completion of initial
installation;
(b) Whenever changes
are made to a system; and
(c)
Whenever the integrity of the system has been breached.
