Utah Admin. Code R432-700-16 - Primary Care Provider Orders
The licensee shall incorporate primary care provider orders into the plan of care when skilled care is being provided that may include:
(1) diet and nutritional
requirements;
(2)
medications;
(3) frequency and type
of service;
(4)
treatments;
(5) medical equipment
and supplies; and
(6)
prognosis.
