Utah Admin. Code R432-700-5 - Services Provided by a Home Health Agency
(1) A licensee shall provide services to a
client in their place of residence, or under special circumstances, in their
place of employment.
(2) Services
shall be directed and supervised by a licensed practitioner.
(3) Professional and supportive personnel
shall be responsible for any of the following services that they may perform:
(a) providing skilled services authorized by
a primary care provider;
(b)
nursing services assessed, provided, or supervised by a registered nurse;
or
(c) other related health
services approved by a licensed practitioner.
