Utah Admin. Code R432-725-8 - Orientation
(1) There shall be documentation that all
employees are oriented to the agency and the job for which they are
hired.
(2) Orientation shall
include but is not limited to:
(a) Job
descriptions/duties;
(b) Ethics,
confidentiality, and clients' rights;
(c) Reporting requirements for suspected
abuse, neglect or exploitation.
