Utah Admin. Code R432-750-15 - Professional Counseling Services
(1) The
licensee shall provide counseling services to patients either directly or by
contract. These services may include dietary and other counseling services
deemed appropriate to meet the patient's and family's needs.
(2) The licensee shall ensure that
individuals who provide counseling services, whether employed or contracted by
the licensee, are licensed, certified, registered, or qualified through
education, training, or experience according to law.
