Utah Admin. Code R432-750-16 - Pastoral Care Services
(1) The licensee
shall provide pastoral services through a qualified staff person who has a
working relationship with local clergy or spiritual counselors.
(2) The licensee shall ensure that pastoral
services include:
(a) communication with and
support of clergy or spiritual counselors in the community as
appropriate;
(b) consultation and
education to patients and families and interdisciplinary team members as
requested; and
(c) spiritual
counseling consistent with patient and family belief systems.
