Utah Admin. Code R432-950-9 - Equipment Standards
(1) Mammogram units
shall be designed specifically for mammography and shall have a compression
device and the capability for placement of a grid.
(2) The facility shall maintain current
written policies and procedures for operating equipment.
(3) Prior to initiating operation of a
mammogram unit it shall be registered with the Utah Department of Environmental
Quality.
