Utah Admin. Code R455-11-10 - Noncertified Historic Buildings
(1) If
the project building is not listed in the National Register at the time of the
application for certification of completed work, the applicant shall submit a
complete National Register nomination form to the Office. The Office shall
review the nomination for completeness and forward it to the Board of State
History according to requirements of 36 CFR 60 and applicable policies for
evaluation and action.
(2) If the
project building is located in a National Register Historic District and the
building has not been designated by the Division as being of significance to
the district at the time of application for certification of completed work,
the applicant shall submit a request for designation to the Office. The request
shall be on a form approved by the Office. The Office shall review the request
for completeness and determine if the project building is of significance to
the district.
