Utah Admin. Code R455-6-2 - Definitions
A. Terms used in
this rule are defined in Sections
9-8-302 and
9-8-402(1).
B. In addition:
1. "division" means the Division of State
History;
2. "director" means the
director of the Division of State History;
3. "board" means the Board of State
History.
4. "property owner" means
those persons or entities holding fee simple title to the property.
