Utah Admin. Code R51-6-3 - Public Notice and Public Participation

(1) If board members constituting a voting majority intend to participate in a meeting electronically or by telephone, public notice of the electronic meeting shall be posted.

(2) The notice shall specify the anchor location where the members of the board not participating electronically or by telephone will be meeting and where interested persons and the public may attend, monitor, and participate in the open portions of the meeting.

(3) Public notice of the meeting and the agenda shall be posted at the anchor location at least 24 hours before the meeting.

(4) Written or electronic notice shall be posted on the Public Notice Website at least 24 hours before the meeting.
