Utah Admin. Code R523-14-3 - Requirements Governing Implementation of the State Suicide Prevention Plan
The Office of Substance Use and Mental Health shall provide an annual opportunity for the Utah Suicide Prevention Coalition and the Utah Behavioral Health Planning and Advisory Council to make recommendations on current community needs and current best practices for suicide prevention activities. The Office of Substance Use and Mental Health shall consider any recommendation made by May 30 of each year.
