This rule is promulgated under authority granted to the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (Division) by Section 62A-15-105, and Subsections 62A-15-108(1), 62A-15-611(2)(a), 62A-15-610(2)(a) and 62A-15-902(2)(c).
