Utah Admin. Code R523-20-4 - Purchase and Distribution of Gun Locks
The Office of Substance Use and Mental Health shall use standard procurement processes to enter into a contract for purchase of cable style gun locks for distribution when funding is allocated from the Legislature for this purpose.
