Utah Admin. Code R523-7-2 - Definitions
(1) "Case manager" means an individual who
helps a client achieve wellness and autonomy by developing a plan that
coordinates and integrates support services the client needs to optimize
treatment goals through advocacy, assessment, planning, communication,
education, resource management, and service facilitation.
(2) "Designated examiner" means the same as
defined in Subsection
26B-5-301(8).
(3) "Director" means the director of the
Office of Substance Use and Mental Health or a designee.
(4) "Targeted case manager" means a case
manager that is certified to provide targeted case management as defined in
Subsection
26B-5-101(17).
