Utah Admin. Code R590-149-9 - Relationship to Other Laws
This rule does not prohibit or limit the use of any remedy available to an individual under:
(1)
Title 34A, Chapter 5, Utah Antidiscrimination Act;
(3)
any other state or federal law that provides equal or greater protection for
the rights of an individual with a disability.
