Utah Admin. Code R63-2-4 - Quorum, Member Participation
(1) Notice of
the possibility of an electronic meeting shall be given to the commission
members at least 24 hours before the meeting.
(2) The notice shall describe how a
commission member may participate in the meeting electronically or by
telephone.
(3) When notice is given
of the possibility of a member participating electronically or by telephone,
any commission member may participate electronically.
(4) A commission member participating
electronically shall be counted as present for purposes of a quorum and may
fully participate and vote on any matter coming before the
commission.
(5) At the commencement
of the meeting, or at the time that any commission member initially appears
electronically or by telephone, the chair shall identify for the record any
commission members who are participating by telephone or
electronically.
(6) Votes by
members of the commission who are not at the physical location of the meeting
shall be confirmed by the chair.
(7) Except for a unanimous vote, the
commission shall take each vote by roll call.
