Utah Admin. Code R65-11-9 - Rights of the Commissioner
(1)
Members of the board, and any agents, employees, or representatives of the
board, shall be subject to removal or suspension by the commissioner at any
time.
(2) Each rule, decision,
determination, or other act of the board shall be subject to the commissioner's
veto at any time. Upon veto, the vetoed action of the board is considered void,
except for acts done before the veto by the commissioner.
