Utah Admin. Code R657-10-17 - Donating
(1) A person may donate protected wildlife or
their parts to another person as provided in Section
23-20-9.
(2) A green pelt of any cougar donated to
another person must have a permanent possession tag affixed.
(3) The written statement of donation must be
retained with the pelt.
