Utah Admin. Code R657-10-18 - Purchasing or Selling
(1) Legally
obtained, green or tanned cougar hides may be purchased or sold.
(2) A person may not purchase, sell, offer
for sale, or barter a tooth, claw, paw, or skull of any cougar except hides
with claws attached may be sold.
