Utah Admin. Code R657-11-19 - Wasting Wildlife
(1) A person may
not waste or permit to be wasted or spoiled any protected wildlife or its parts
as provided in Section
23-20-8.
(2) The skinned carcass of a furbearer may be
left in the field and does not constitute waste of wildlife.
